It is designed to help you avoid vendor lock-in while providing an unpresented amount of flexibility.

Am I Locked Into A Contract?

No. Other than adhering to our terms of service, there is no long term contract. You can cancel any time.

Can I Cancel My Account At Any Time?

Yes. We don't offer long term contracts - only monthly contracts. When you cancel, your account will continue until your monthly renewal date at which point the account will be terminated.

Do You Offer Discounts?

We do not. While we know discounts are popular, we prefer to establish fair pricing instead of playing games.

The prices shown on our pricing page is the one you'll pay all year round.

What Countries Do You Support?

We support almost all countries except those that are restricted by US laws.

Just keep in mind that it is up to you to run your store in accordance with your local laws and regulations.

Are There Any Transaction Fees?

No.

However, if you integrate with 3rd party services such as shipping providers, you will be charged the fees that they establish for your account.

Are There Any Credit Card Fees

We do not charge you credit card fees.

Instead you are charged those fees in your own Stripe, Paypal or other merchant account.

We do not ever take a % of your revenue.

Is There A Setup Fee?

We do not charge a separate setup fee.

However, if you would like our assistance to help with items such as design, SEO etc. we will charge a fee for those services - please see our SERVICES page for a list of services we offer that will incur extra fees.

As a general rule of thumb you can expect our average hourly fee to run about $125 USD.

Can I Import My Data?

Yes, we have a tool that will help you import your data from Shopify.

You can also import product data from CSV files.

Can I Use My Domain Name With SimplySales?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You just need to point your domain's "A" record to the IP address shown in your account.

There is also a free yourname.simplysales.com domain that you can use.

Question 12

Do I Get Free Hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we host your store. There is nothing extra to purchase.

However, we do not provide personal email addresses.
